WWW - Wool edition

In honor of the tremendous milestone achieved last night, this week's Weekly Wednesday Wrap-up is being co-opted by a Grown Up Skweffle:

Grown Up Skweffles - Cornflower Edition

Amazing, isn't it?

No, I am not telling you the date I cast on. So there.

Oh, all right, then, if you insist (Ravelry link).

Hooray! Hooray! Very lovely socks. Remember, it's not the destination, it's the journey. Or something like that. At least that's what us process knitters say. Andy says that too.

Oh, look, there is knitting at your house! Nice sock. It's kind of too hot for knitting, isn't it?

We had a local, bush league Stitch 'n Pitch last night and the mugginess nearly did me in but the skeeters were the capper that sent me home early. But we did make knitting at the ballgame in our team hats and after eating our hot dogs and drinking our root beers. It was fun and sweaty and noisy and itchy. Good times.

I can't say anything. My last socks took forever plus three days, six hours and four minutes. (I didn't count the seconds...) Lovely Skweffles!
